In the August of 2008, Katie and I opened our first Serviced apartment in the centre of Liverpool.
Our goal was to simply create an experience that was so much more than just renting an apartment, we felt that there was a larger issue and one that the market leaders in the Hotel sector had just failed to not only to recognise by creating a rapport with their guests.they had also missed an opportunity to create a loyalty to their brand in my view this integral part of customer care, which has been overlooked by Hotel’s due to the fact that these companies are run by accountants who cannot put a cost to this type of service and that is why in my view Hotel’s receive relatively low review scores on Trip Advisor Liverpool.

Due to our Signature service we have achieved a percentage of 99.4% over the last year on Trip advisor Liverpool, beating the highest rated U.K. Hotel, The Charter house, with an overall percentage on the year of 99.0%
