This year’s festival theme, ‘Remember the Times’, will explore and showcase pivotal music moments throughout the decades, which were the springboard for genres such as hip-hop, house and pop.
Each year since it’s birth in 2013, the festival has grown in size and popularity, and this year is set to be one of the most exciting and hotly anticipated yet.
The Main Stage will feature some massive acts including the likes of Gorgon City, Corinne Bailey Rae, Naughty Boy, Katy B, Fleur East, Cast and Jax Jones, giving Sefton Park an injection of vivid music from lots of different genres.
There will also be stunning DJ sets from Tieks, MJ Cole, DJ Target and Logan Sama, that are sure to keep you dancing all day and night.
Not forgetting, this year we’ll also see the return of the award-winning Academy Stage, showcasing the best of fresh, upcoming talent ready to take the world by storm.Facebook.com/GorgonCity
Without a doubt, it is a fantastic chance to support local musicians and celebrate the city’s musical spirit.
